At Liberty….
I think for many outside of the immediate core of Toronto, they might feel they are getting a little gipped. In this way, sometimes those in Markham think their getting the short end of the stick with all the amazing cuisine that is to be found in Toronto. But this is slowly changing, as more and more restaurants are opening in the area, like this new burger joint with all the goodies ready for some gooey fun-burger times. Of course, known as Liberty Burgers means the place is filled with burgers and all things in the same veins – from wings to onion rings.
The variety is pretty extensive – ranging from the spicy wings to tequila lime which as the name suggests has those exact mixed – spicy, salty, and smoking all wrapped neatly in one wing. The tequila and barbecue flavour mix extremely well together but the medium spice of the spicy liberty wings might be better for someone who is looking for a more mild flavour.
On to the burgers, the feature here at Liberty Burgers. We suggest trying out the Bronx-Asaurus or the Liberty burgers. Both with peppercorn, bacon, cheddar or an onion ring for extra zang. Oh and those onion rings you can get in your burgers are really amazing on their own so don’t worry about ordering them on the side, they are perfectly done. In regards to the burgers, the meat patty is extra juicy and perfectly cooked. You will certainly need a whole host of napkins to wipe away the mess you’ll be creating with your delectable burgers but this is well worth the mess we think.
