Westfest Festival
From June 10 to 12, enjoy the Westfest, one of Ottawa’s premiere summer festivals. This Canadian festival includes music, contemporary dance, visual art, media art, performance art, spoken word, poetry and fiction readings, Aboriginal art forms, children’s entertainment, buskers, street performers, and much more.
Since 7 years, more than 100,000 people attend Westfest, in order to celebrate Canadian art and culture. This is a free outdoor event which allows people to discover new artist and to have fun celebrating Canadian art. Westfest’s Domicile Main Stage is now located beyond the parking lot of the Real Canadian Superstore located at Kirkwood Avenue and Richmond Road Best of all. To conclude, note that WESTFEST is free and everyone is welcome!
